Rachel Tang

"Rachel Tang" was written in dark ink above my paper. A new name , a new home, new people. My life was changing before i knew it , When i was just a little girl my home country was a place with no freedom or democracy , people protested and ended up losing their lives. My parents decided they would move to the United States to experience democracy and get me the best education. Being a citizen of the United states i faced challenges having to adapt to a new home. People look at me and realize im different and it makes me feel like im still not accepted into the American culture, Hopefully one day I will be.
